A Shop Tour

This morning, my neighbor Barney stopped by the shop to get a sneak peek of the full groom that he’s receiving on Friday. We took photos of our time in the shop in order to provide you with a tour too.

The bathing area

As soon as Barney stepped into the shop, he headed straight for my stainless steel tub at the back wall. He’s a little guy, so I just lifted him in so he could take a look around. For bigger or older dogs, my tub can lower all the way down to the floor so they can just step right in through the door on the front. Once Barney was satisfied with the tub, I showed him how I’ll use towels and a blower drier to make him nice and dry.

The grooming table

Just inside the front windows of the shop is my grooming table. Barney loved the feeling of my brush and comb and saw my collection of scissors. I showed him my clippers, but by the time I got to my Clipper Vac, he’d had enough and just wanted to lie down.

As with my tub, my table also lowers down to the floor to make it easier for pets to step on and off.

I’ve worked hard to create a beautiful grooming shop and no detail was missed by Barney. These were some of his favorite touches.
